Troubleshooting
A. Machine does not start
B. Machine is running
constantly
C. The machine is not
dehumidifying the room
properly
Disposal
Please check the following points before taking the machine to
a specialist dealer.
• Is the mains plug correctly inserted?
• Is the fuse in your fusebox OK?
• Is the mains cable or extension cable (if used) OK?
• Is the water tank empty?
• Is the water tank positioned correctly?
• Check hygrostat controller (not at position 'O')
• Check hygrostat controller. Is it set to 'MAX'? If yes, choose a
lower setting.
• Are the doors and windows closed?
• Is the machine powerful enough for the size of room (see
section on Installation)?
• Is the machine a minimum of 20 cm from other objects and
walls?
• Is the air circulation around the machine and in the room
adequate?
• Is the room temperature too high or too low (see section on
Installation)?
• Are the filter and coil clean?
If you have checked the above points and still not managed to
rectify the fault, the machine must be taken to a refrigeration
specialist for inspection.
Because the dehumidifier contains a refrigerant, it requires
special disposal. Please contact your specialist dealer or local
waste disposal authority.
