Wait until the fryer has cooled down complete-

• To change the oil, pull out the frying fat con-
tainer and remove the oil from the side.
• The frying container can be cleaned in warm
soapy water with the addition of a mild deter-
gent. It is also dishwasher safe. Make sure
that you use not too much detergent.

• Clean basket, handle and lid in warm soapy
water with the addition of a mild detergent.
• Dry everything thoroughly after cleaning.

Clean these parts with a damp cloth.
