BINDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
The SOUND WAVE should only be
installed in Kaldewei bathtubs pro-
vided for this purpose.
When installing the SOUND WAVE
and connecting it electrically, pro-
tect the surface of the bathtub from
damage.
An inspection opening (200 mm x
200 mm) is to be provided in the
area of the control.
The control unit is to be arranged at
a height of at least 6 cm above the
floor.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

The electrical connection and correc-
tion of faults and defects should only
be effected by a specialist company.
For the electrical connection, a sup-
ply line 2 x 1.5 mm
able at the installation site.
In the supply line, a main switch
isolating all poles with a contact
opening of at least 3 mm for switch-
ing off the SOUND WAVE should be
provided (non-use, servicing work).

Only a certified electrical fitter is al-
lowed to open the control unit. Any
warranty claims will become void on
unauthorized opening of the control
unit.
All work has to be carried out using
special technical tools.
Kaldewei recommends to provide the
bathtub with suitable sound insula-
tion from the building structure. You
will find suitable sound insulation
products in our bathtub accessories.
The installation is planned for a supply
with AC voltage of 230 V 50/60 Hz.
The electrical connection shall be
protected by a 16 A fuse and be
only made via a residual current-op-
erated circuit breaker (30 mA).
If the components are converted,
the warranty becomes void.
