Step 6 – Starting up
After completing the electrical installation and communication wiring, follow the steps below to start the battery
system.
1. For each battery, set the ON/OFF switch to the ON position by starting with master battery.
2. On the master battery, then press the SW button for 3 seconds. The RUN indicator will light up and the SOC indicator
ill light up (100% SOC status in the figure below).

3. Use a voltmeter and check that the voltage at the terminals of the battery system is above 45V.

4. After confirming that the battery output voltage and polarity are correct, turn on the inverter and close the circuit
breaker.
5. On the inverter, from the setup interface, please select the IMEON 4850 battery (see inverter installation guide).
6. If available on inverter display, check that communication is established.
