- For safety reasons, use the pestle at all
times when feeding the ingredients into
the food chute. During operation, the
pestle should remain inserted.
- Short-term operation
When using the kneading function,
please note that the appliance is
designed for short-term operation only,
i.e. the unit must not be operated for
more than 3 minutes at a time. Switch
off the appliance afterwards and allow
sufficient time for it to cool down before
resuming operation.
Operation settings
- Start the kneading process at speed
level I. Once the dough has reached a
firmer consistency, continue kneading at
speed level II.
- The dough is ready once it has formed
into a ball.
C. Slicing and shredding/grating
- Attach the bowl.
- Place the drive shaft extension firmly on
the drive shaft in such a way that the
extension almost touches the bottom of
the bowl.
- Hold the insert mounting with the
grating surface facing up.
- First fit the L-shaped edge of the
selected insert (slicer or grater) into the
side of its mounting.
- Now press the opposite side of the insert
into the mounting.
(To remove the insert, push it up from
below on this side until it comes free
from the mounting.)
- When properly inserted, the upper
surface of the insert must be flush with
the surface of the disc.
- Fit the insert mounting with the grating
plate inserted onto the shaft extension.

D. Blender
- Place the large safety lid on the bowl
mounting and turn it clockwise to lock
it.
- Place the blender jar on the blender
mounting and turn it clockwise to lock

- Put in the liquid ingredients, then put
the blender lid in place and lock it

- After processing, switch off the
appliance and remove the blender jar by
slightly turning it anti-clockwise and
lifting it off.
