7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Everyday when work is finished, you have to check the oven is cool and
the power is disconnected.
2.
Clean all of the cooling fan grills and vent opening with a stiff nylon
brush.
3.
Clean the outside of the oven by a soft cloth and mild detergent.
4.
Check all cooling fans are operating properly. If the cooling fan isn't
operating correctly, it must be replaced at once, or else, the oven will get
damage.
5.
Clean the conveyor belts with a stiff nylon brush.
6.
Remove and clean the crumb trays. Should replace the trays in the
same positions from where they were removed.
7. Clean the window in place.
8. TROUBLE SHOOTING
8.1. Oven will not turn at all
Possible Cause:
> Remedy: Connect the plug
Possible Cause:
> Remedy: Set the control correctly
8.2. Oven will not heat
Possible Cause:
> Remedy: Branchez la prise
8.3. Little or no air is blowing from air fingers
Possible Cause:
Remedy: Turn the oven off and reassemble the air fingers

> Remedy: Turn the oven off and replace the blower belt by the help of
professional electrician
8.4. Food products are overcooked or undercooked
Possible Cause:
> Remedy: Check the set temperature and bake time setting are right
8.5. Oven shuts down completely during operation
Possible Cause:
oven was automatically shut down
> Remedy: Turn the oven off and wait for the oven cooling down, then
press the power on button again
The electric power may not be reaching the oven
The control is set incorrectly
Controls may not be set correctly
Air fingers may have been reassembled incorrectly after
cleaning
Blower belt may be broken
Controls may be set incorrectly
The oven temperature exceed 662℉(350℃),and the
