1 INTRODUCTION
The oven can be used to bake and/or cook a wide variety of food products,
such as pizza, pizza-type products, cookies, sandwiches and others.
About the oven's structure, it has
• Window: Allow the users to see and access food products inside the
baking chamber
• Conveyor: Move the food product through the oven
• Control panel: Operating controls for the oven
• Eyebrows: Adjusts to various heights to prevent heat loss into the envi-
ronment
• Conveyor Exit Tray: Prevents food products from falling off the end of
the moving conveyor

3. INSTALLATION
After uncrating your conveyor oven, inspect the machine for any damage that
might have occurred during shipment. Report any damage to the forwarding
company before proceeding to operate this machine. Never attempt to operate
this machine with damaged or inoperable parts.

Select the flat and dry ground to keep the machine and electric appara-
tus durable.
2.
Keep the rear of oven at least 80mm off the wall, Control end of convey-
or at least 470 mm off the wall, Non-control end of oven at least 80mm
off the wall.
3.
Keep the appliance area free and clear of combustibles.
4.
An electrical wiring diagram for the oven is needed for technician to
connect the wires.
