For contact details see chapter 1 "General information" or the back page of
the operating instructions.

7.1 Maintenance

Only use original parts (see chapter 10 "Accessories").
CAUTION!
Physical injuries and damage to property and the environment
If faults cannot be eliminated by means of the listed measures, the hand test
pump must be taken out of operation immediately.
Before adapting the reference pressure measuring instrument and the test item, check
the sealings in the two connections for correct seating and wear.
Replace the sealings, if necessary.

7.1.1 Maintenance of the non-return valve (inlet)

Should no, or very little pressure, be able to build up, the O-ring on the inlet non-return
valve at the rear of the pump may be worn or dirty.
Even small impurities on the O-ring can cause leakage at low pressures.
18
Maintain or clean the measuring assembly/test and calibration
installations once the system has been depressurised.
Open the pressure relief and switching valve
pressure in the test pump.
Ensure that there is no longer any pressure present and protect against
being put into operation accidentally.
Contact the manufacturer.
If a return is needed, please follow the instructions given in chapter
8.2 "Return".
