INTRODUCTION

Congratulations on your purchase of a motor MINARI ENGINE.
This manual is part of the engine and must be kept and attached
to it when it is transferred to a new user.
This document has the purpose of providing the user of the
motor all the necessary informations to allow an adequate use,
independent and safe. In the case of argument unclear, it does
not seem very complete or exhaustive, please contact our main
office or authorized reseller. Parmakit reserves the right to change
without notice: drawings, specifications, components, engine
details, without incurring any obligations on the part of the
retailer and / or purchaser. All engines MINARI ENGINE are testeds
before delivery passing a check-up of about 20 minutes to verify
operation of all parts at all engine speeds. The performance,
reliability and durability of the engine mainly depends on its
correct use over time. It is prohibited for anyone to disclose,
modify or use for their own purposes of this manual.

GENERAL WARNINGS

Parmakit and distributors can not accept any liability directly or
indirectly linked to the improper use of motors with brand MINARI
ENGINE, especially in case these are changed or tampered with
by third parties and does not accept responsibility for damages
due to poor maintenance or improper installation. Poor
maintenance and improper installation will void the warranty.
ATTENTION: Modifications to the engine made by the purchaser
or the removal of original equipment may make the engine
dangerous!
The buyer is asked to obey all signs of this manual for the safety
of his own and of third parties. The use of this engine is risky, so
you must pay close attention before, during and after use to
prevent unsafe maneuvers and prevent accidents also very
serious. The engine is not certified and may be turned off at any
time. Before each use, you must ensure that the conditions of
the engine are suitable for safe use. Parmakit grants no guarantee
against accidents, breakage, injury or death. This engine is not
covered by product liability insurance. The use of the same are
willing to assume all risks inherent in its use, and personal
responsibility for harm to themselves or to others, injury, or
death.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

PRICES - The prices are for goods delivered in DDU. They are not
binding and are subject to change without notice, also during a
delivery.
ORDERS - All orders must clearly refer to the catalog data, any
more than your references. For materials not referred send
sample or draw. Any direct or indirect order is subject to our
approval.
DELIVERY - The non-delivery for reasons of force majeure or
delays on the date set by our quotation or confirmation can not
give rise to claims for damages by our customers.
RETURN - Unless otherwise agreed the return of the goods is to
be understood on DDU.
SHIPMENTS - The goods always travel at risk of the buyer. Any
insurance are charged to the customer. Without indications,
shipments shall be made with the vehicle that we consider to be
most appropriate, but without our responsibility.
PACKAGING - All prices are quoted net of costs of packaging.
Pacakging cost will always be invoiced separately.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS - We do not accept claims after ten days
of receiving the goods. For no reason will be accepted for return,
without our written authorization, regularly ordered goods.

WARRANTY

Will replace all defective parts that we recognized causes
dependent on the material or workmanship, provided they have
not been modified. The warranty is 1 year from date of purchase
invoice. Our responsibility, however, remains strictly limited to
replacement of parts made by the manufacturer and shipped to
our warehouse on DDU. The goods will be sent to be replaced
as property of MINARI ENGINE. The above warranty is limited to
the replacement of parts come down to us and claimed defective,
excluding labor and transport made by third parties. No liability
will be imputed to MINARI ENGINE and / or engine distributor
for incidental or consequential damages of any kind to persons,
animals and things for the duration of the motor, indirect and
direct damage to the vehicle.
ARE NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY AND COMPENSATION
DAMAGES CAUSED:
- To people, animals and / or property caused by the generic
use of the motor;
- To people, animals and / or property caused by a collision
with any moving parts or parts that is detached from the engine;
- To the vehicle and / or components of the vehicle caused by
any part coming from the engine;
- Recovery costs, postage, telephone or rental of any type,
inconvenience, loss of time or other consequential damages.
MODE FOR BENEFIT OF WARRANTY - Deliver the motor at the
dealer, providing a copy of proof of purchase and the certificate
of guarantee in original validated by the retailer.
DEALERS - Do not assume responsibility on the work of our
Dealers and Agents because in trade relations with third parties
they operate in the name and on its behalf.
DISPUTES - For any controversy is competent only the Court of
Parma.
NOTE - The above conditions of sale are considered fully and
unconditionally accepted by issuing written or verbal orders,
unless our specific written exceptions.

INVALIDATION OF THE WARRANTY

Reasons for decay of the warranty:
- Expiry of the period of validity of the guarantee,
- Wear parts for normal operation,
- Damage to the engine due to accidents, dust extraction, water,
etc.,
- Failure Maintenance,
- Shocks random of any kind,
- Application of unsuitable accessories,
- Seizure of the cylinder, piston and contributory causes,
- Use of the motor with a load excessive and prolonged,
- Replacement parts and maintenance not carried out by
authorized personnel,
- Use of the engine speed races or endurance races,
- Changes to the nature and extent of any changes on the engine,
- Alteration or cancellation of the serial number of the engine,
- Incorrect installation of the motor on the frame,
- Obstruction of cooling air intakes,
- Use of fuels other than those stated by us.

INSTALLATION OF THE ENGINE ON THE FRAME

To install the engine on the frame, refer to the images of the attacks
found in this manual. Pay close attention so that no object abstructs
or go to obstruct the air inlet of the conveyor in the forced cooling
engines because the engine will not cool down causing irreparable
damages. - Ensure the engine and the muffler to the frame with
steel cables or other safety devices, in case of breakage of the
supports the engine and the muffler must not detach from the
frame;

FUEL

The 2-Strokes engines MINARI ENGINE requires a mixture of gasoline
and synthetic oil at 2,5%. Use only good quality unleaded gasoline with
an octane rating of at least 95.
WARNING: Please note that an excessive amount of oil
does not stretch the life of the engine, a wrong quantity
of oil leads to seizure. The percentage of oil right is stated above
(2.5%).
ATTENTION: Gasoline is extremely flammable and
explosive. Perform supply and mixing in a well-ventilated
area with the engine stopped. Do not smoke, cause sparks or
flames in the area where gasoline is stored and where the supply
takes place.

STARTING

DO NOT START THE ENGINE WITHOUT THE PROPELLER TO AVOID
IRREPARABLY DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE
Before proceeding with the preliminary operations referred to
in point 5.1:
- Check the tightness of the bolts;
- Check the proper state of all components.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE PROCEDURES

PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS TO START

Supply the carburetor with fuel using a suitable manual or
automatic pump to be integrated in the power supply circuit.
Continue holding down the button vent on the carburetor (Fig.
1), pump the fuel to completely fill the tube that carries the fuel
to the carburetor making sure that there are no air bubbles.
MANUAL ENGINES STARTING
After performing the "preliminary operations to start" and making
sure that nothing prevents her from moving parts of the engine,
grasp the hand grip of the starter mechanism and put the engine
in the compression phase, then pull making a move fast and
decisive (not carry the rope for more than 60/70 cm to avoid
damage to the starter), release the handle and repeat the
movement until the engine starts. Once started the engine firmly
attach the handle to the frame so as to avoid interfering with
the moving parts of the engine causing damage and / or injury.
ELECTRIC ENGINES STARTING
After performing the "preliminary operations to start"and making
sure that nothing prevents her from moving parts of the engine,
press the power button and release when the engine starts.
CARBURETOR
The engines MINARI ENGINE are fitteds with a carburetor Walbro 37C

CARBURATION CONTROL
After each increase of temperature, humidity 'and altitude
necessary to vary the carburetion. To make a carburetion control
keeping the engine for 1 minute at 7500 RPM, switch off the
engine and remove the spark plug.
Then observe the color of the upper electrode of the spark plug.
If the color 'light brown or white is necessary to increase the fuel
mixture unscrewing the register of the maximum (H); if the color
is 'black' need to tighten the screw of the maximum.
BASIC CARBURATION
The calibration of the carburetor in the tables (see page 8), is expressed
in minutes as a clock (60'= 1turn). To calibrate the fuel mixture screw in
the screws of the maximum and minimum (no force it), then unscrew
them by the values shown in the table Pag.8

RUNNING IN OF THE ENGINE

To make a good run in, once you start the engine at idle speed
giving slight accelerated until it reaches normal operating
temperature for at least 10 minutes. During the first few uses for
the first 20 liters of fuel to keep the engine at maximum rpm for
no more of 1 minutes. After the first 10 hours check all nuts and
screws positionated on cylinder head and exhaust (see table
Page 17) and verify the belt tension.
