POSSIBLE INCONVENIENCES
If the problem persists even after having tried to solve the problem following
the chart below, turn the appliance off, disconnect the plug from the socket and
please contact the retailer or a qualified technician.
PROBLEM
• The appliance
doesn't work.
• The cooling
effect is not
satisfying
• The appliance is
noisy.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Lack of electric current.
• WATER FULL indicator turned on
• Too low or too high ambient
temperature
• In cooling mode, ambient
temperature is lower than the set
temperature.
• In dehumidification mode,
ambient temperature is low.
• The timer has intervened
• There's direct sunlight.
• Doors or windows are open.
• There's a lot of people in the
room or the room is too large.
• The grids and/or the filters are
dirty.
• Presence of a lot of heat sources.
• Air inlet and/or outlet are
blocked.
• The appliance is not positioned
on a flat surface.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
• Turn it on after having connected
it to a power socket.
• Unload water.
• The appliance works correctly if
ambient temperature is included
between 16 and 31°C
• Change the set temperature.
• The appliance works correctly if
ambient temperature is included
between 16 and 31°C
• Turn the appliance off and wait
3 minutes before turning it back
on.
• Obscure the appliance (example:
pull a curtain).
• Close possible openings (doors
and/or windows)
• Add more air conditioners.
• Clean the grids and the filters.
Replace the latter if they're
damaged or worn.
• Turn off or remove the heat
sources.
• Eliminate the obstructions.
• Position the appliance on a flat
and stable surface.
