Before loading the machine and before starting a pro‐
gramme
– Check that spray arms are rotating freely.
– Check spray arm jets for blockages.
 Make sure that all screw connectors are fitted with injector noz‐
zles, adapters, irrigation sleeves or blind stoppers to ensure that all
rinsing fittings in use are supplied with sufficient standardised pres‐
sure.
Damaged fittings such as injector nozzles, adapters and irrigation
sleeves must not be used.
Rinsing positions not in use do not have to be fitted with blind
stoppers.
– Check that the mobile unit is correctly connected to the water sup‐
ply in the washer-disinfector.

Fitting the grille

The removable grille is needed when the lower level is being used for
mesh trays. It can be removed, if necessary, for accommodating large
items.
Place the grille in the lower level. The flatter side must face the

front.
The loading height in the lower level is 95 mm with the grille fitted and
135 mm without the grille fitted.
A retaining frame, e.g. A 11/1 can be inserted in the lower level in
place of the grille. The retaining frame can be used, e.g. to hold wide
neck flasks.
 Do not place a retaining frame over the grille.
The glassware would not be secured by the mobile unit's struts
and could fall out.
