1. General Properties of the Product
The indications quoted in this Installation and User's Manual is related to all our ranges Our seats are
made of Duroplast, Polyester, Nuvoplast and Wood materials. Duroplast covers are made of urea
formaldehyde material. Polyester covers are produced with wood inside and polyester outside.
Wooden covers are made of plywood and water resistant. Nuvoplast covers are made of PP
(Polypropylene) raw material.
All metal hinges used in our product range are made of stainless steel.
2. Assembly Precautions
The installation and User's Manual, as well as the Technical Catalogue must be consulted before the
assembly. Installation method for purchased cover is shown in the installation brochure. The cases
not covered by the warranty must be read attentively.
3. Rules To Be Respected At The Duration Of Use, Maintenance and Repair Seats and Hinges
Cleaning Tool: Humidified cotton
Cleaning Product: Pure water, soapy water, non scratchy or solvent products (non abrasive, non
corrosive and chlorine free liquid cleaning products)
Cleaning Method: The cleaning product must be applied with a cotton cloth on the surface with
vertical movements and without pressure. Do not rub extremely. Prevent contact of WC cleaners
with covers. During WC cleaning, covers must be folded backward before cleaning. Tighten the
hinges every 6 months or when needed to guarantee maximum longevity and the correct operation.
Rinsing: Remove the cleaner from surface by using wet cotton and wipe all surfaces using dry cotton.
Do not step on the lower and upper covers. The upper cover is not a carrier component.

The covers of the soft closing seats should not be closed by force with hands.
4. Cases Excluded From The Warranty
The following subjects are excluded from warranty:
1. Defect of use of the auxiliary equipment, provided with the product or recommended for the
assembly,
2. Defects due to use non-conform ng with the regulations indicated on the Technical Catalogue or
the Installation and User's Manual,
3. Defects due to faults of assembly, maintenance, repair or disassembling by unauthorized person,
4. Damage which may occur in transport, after the delivery of the product to the user (customer),
5. Surface damage or other damage due to insufficient storage conditions of the product after the
delivery of the product to the user (customer),
6. Damage caused on the surface of the products wiped by heavy cleaning tools (wire, sponges, etc.)
7. Damages occurred due to forceful closing of slow closing covers,
8. Incompliant humidity and ventilation conditions in the ambient in which the products are used,
9. Do not clean the products including powders, abrasive or acid (bleacher, detergent containing
ammonia, hydrochloric acid, etc). In the event of contact with the product, it is necessary to wash
immediately with water.
10. The products must be protected from the shocks at the time of transport and use,
11. No cutting, drilling, and painting should be applied ever on the product. All transactions on the
products should be conducted by authorized service dealers.
12. The hinges which allow the movement of the covers are designed to support only the load of the
covers. In spite of the tolerances envisaged as of manufacture, the additional loads can generate in
time future operation and bending problems.
13. Never leave wet linens, wet cottons or materials of cleaning (bucket, bowl, etc.) on the woodworks.
14. Avoid the impact of the solid and pointed objects on surfaces. In the case of contact with water, it
is imperatively necessary to dry wood surfaces to avoid the spots.
15. Avoid the impact of the hard and sharp objects on surfaces.
16. Never put objects at high temperature, likely to damage the surface on top of your covers.
17. Avoid the contact of materials such as high alcohol of raised degree, naphtha, thinner and
acetone.
