a. Bei der Einzeltitelwiedergabe fährt der Rücklauf
bis zum Anfang des momentanen Titels. Dann
schaltet das Gerät auf Pause. Wird mit dem Vor-
lauf der nächste Titel erreicht, schaltet das Gerät
ebenfalls auf Pause.
b. Bei der Gesamttitelwiedergabe fährt der Vor- und
Rücklauf auch über mehrere Titel, wird jedoch
am Anfang und am Ende der CD beendet.
c. Im Pausenmodus wird nach einem Vor- oder
Rücklauf die momentane Stelle ständig wieder-
holt, bis die Wiedergabe mit der Taste
gestartet oder die Taste CUE 2 (10) zweimal
angetippt wird.
5.6 Genaues Anfahren einer bestimmten
Stelle
Zum exakten Anfahren einer gewünschten Stelle bei
eingeschalteter Pause den SEARCH-Knopf (6) dre-
hen. Auf der CD wird so lange und so schnell vor-
oder zurückgefahren, wie der SEARCH-Knopf ge-
dreht wird. Dabei kann auf dem Display in der Zeit-
anzeige die genaue Position abgelesen und in
Schritten von 1 „Frame" (F) angefahren werden

die momentane Stelle so lange wiederholt, bis die

(8) gedrückt oder die Taste CUE 2 (10)
zweimal angetippt wird.
Bei laufender CD können durch Vor- und Zurück-
drehen des SEARCH-Knopfs „Leier"-Effekte er-
zeugt werden.
5.7 Rücksprung zu einer beliebigen Stelle
1) Während des Abspielens eines Titels mit der
Taste
(8) auf Pause schalten, wenn die Stelle
erreicht ist, zu der später zurückgesprungen wer-
den soll. Die Taste
CUE 2 (10) blinken.

5.6 Exact amining at a special spot
For exact aiming at a special spot with activated
pause, turn knob SEARCH (6). The unit advances
and reverses on the CD as long and as quickly as
knob SEARCH is turned. The exact position is
shown in the time indication of the display and can
be aimed at in steps of 1 "frame" (F) – 1 frame =

back and forth "drawling" effects may be produced.
5.7 Jumping back to a desired spot
1) While replaying a title, switch to pause with but-
ton

unit is to jump back later. The button

2) If required, with knob SEARCH (6) the spot can
more exactly be aimed at. The present spot can
continuously be heard.
3) Shortly press button CUE 2 (10). Thus, the spot is
internally marked. (If the present spot can be
heard, press button CUE 2 shortly again for
muting.) The LED of button CUE 2 now lights
continuously. Button

5.8 Endlosschleife abspielen
Ein bestimmter Abschnitt auf der CD kann als End-
losschleife beliebig oft wiederholt werden.
1) Mit der Taste

3) Soll die Schleife beendet werden und der Titel
normal weiterlaufen, den Steuerhebel erneut
kurz in Richtung „LOOP" bewegen. Die Anzeige
„LOOP" erlischt.

chen des entsprechenden Punktes zuerst mit der

c. Die Endlosschleife wird durch Betätigen der

des angewählten Titels ist jetzt automatisch der
Startpunkt einer neuen Endlosschleife. Wenn
dieser Startpunkt gewünscht wird, lediglich den
Endpunkt der Schleife durch Bewegen des
Steuerhebels in Richtung „LOOP" festlegen.
5.9 Geschwindigkeit und Tonhöhe verändern

Um die Geschwindigkeit und damit gleichzeitig die
Tonhöhe zu ändern (±16 %), die Taste PITCH (4)
drücken. Die LED neben der Taste PITCH leuchtet,
und die Geschwindigkeit kann nun mit dem Schie-
beregler PITCH CONTROL (14) verändert werden.
Im Display wird die mit dem Schieberegler einge-
stellte prozentuale Abweichung von der Standardge-
schwindigkeit (f) angezeigt. Die Geschwindigkeit

CONTROL (14). The display shows the deviation in
per cent from the standard speed (f), adjusted with
the sliding control. The speed can now be changed
in the range from 0 to 6 % in steps of 0.1 % and from
6 % to 16 % in steps of 0.2 %.
With button PITCH it is possible to switch be-
tween the speed adjusted with the sliding control
and the standard speed and vice versa.
