3) the consumer has not modified the
luminaires and no maintenance has been
performed by unqualified technicians.
Any consumer claiming this contractual
warranty must demonstrate compliance
with these conditions.
The contractual warranty set out herein
must be claimed from Reggiani s.p.a.
Illuminazione within three days after the
luminaire malfunctions, so that Reggiani
s.p.a. Illuminazione can take immediate
steps to analyze the causes of said
malfunction.
LIMITS OF WARRANTY

Consumers who claim this warranty
shall be entitled to replacement of the
entire luminaire or of the drivers, if the
malfunction regards this component.
EXCLUSION

The warranty does not cover damage
caused by transport; damage caused by
using the luminaire under inappropriate
environmental conditions;

damage caused by negligence, lack of
maintenance, or attempts to repair it by
unqualifi ed or unauthorized personnel,
or by using non-original accessories or
parts.
Also excluded are the costs of labor to
replace luminaires, and any damage even
indirectly related to the defectiveness of
the luminaire.
GOVERNING LAW

The application, interpretation and all
questions pertaining to the validity and
effects of this contractual warranty shall
be determined and governed by Italian
law.
