Before cleaning the product, always remember to unplug it from the mains.
The body fabric of the boot and the fabric cover of the heating cushion are washable with
water, by hand or in a washing machine, provided the heating element inside the cushion
and temperature control switch have first been removed.
Follow the washing instructions indicated on the label sewn into the product. If washing
the boot and cushion cover in a machine a protective washing bag is recommended.
Do not bleach. Do not iron.
Alternatively, small stains can be removed by hand using a soft brush. The boot and the
cushion cover can also be washed by hand using a damp cloth or sponge and then dried
with a dry cloth.
If needed it can be washed by hand with soap, using liquid soap or dry foam and a cloth or
sponge. Apply the foam evenly to the fabric surface and brush.
The control switch and heating element in the pad cannot be washed with water or
dry-cleaned. Avoid all contact with water, including splashes of water on the control switch.
If the heating element gets wet, do not connect it to the mains and avoid wringing or twisting
it, do not tumble dry, or try to dry it by ironing it or switching it on. Place it on a clothesline
horizontally or vertically without bending and wait until dry. The control switch should be
positioned on the clothesline so that the water draining off it cannot penetrate inside it.
Do not use the product again until it is fully dry.
