Without prejudice to the exceptions referred to in article 5 comma 2, whoever after July
9.
1, 2006, places on the market new EEE containing the substances referred to in article 5,
comma 1 or further substances identified in compliance with article 18, comma 1, will be
fined from 50 to 500 Euros for each appliance placed on the market or from 30,000 to
100,000 Euros
