5. Adjust the pressure of the brush, acting on the brush adjustment lever.

6. To spray water, rotate backwards the RIGHT handle.
7. Pull back the machine. In this way you will clean a stripe of carpet by spraying, brushing and
vacuuming it in the same time.
8. After cleaning a complete stripe, stop spraying and proceed few more centimeters backwards, to
completely dry the stripe.
9. To put the machine at the beginning of the next stripe, press down the RIGHT handle, in order to
slightly raise the vacuum head from floor. You will hear a "click", because special front wheels on
the vacuum head will emerge from the vacuum head. Now the machine is hold by the front
wheels with the vacuum head not touching the floor.

10. Push forward the machine until the beginning of the next stripe.
11. Let the vacuum head touch again the carpet, as per point 3.
12. For particularly dirty areas, it is possible to pre-brush carpet by raising the vacuum head and
putting the brush in the pre-brush position. Note that this position is not allowed during normal
cleaning with the vacuum head in touch with carpet.
