2. Safety instructions:

Please refer to the booklet included in delivery for
the safety instructions.
Additional safety instructions for the
drill/screwdriver:
● Only ever use sharp drill bits and screwdriver bits
which are suitable for the purpose and in faultless
condition.
● Always check for concealed electric cables and
gas and water pipes when drilling and screwing in
walls.

3. Intended use

When used with the drill/screwdriver attachment the
Cordless Multi-Tool Set is suitable for screwdriving
work and for drilling in wood, metal and plastic.
- When used with the saw attachment it is suitable
for the cutting of wood, metal and plastic.
- When used with the sander/grinder attachment it is
suitable for the sanding/grinding of wood, metal
and plastic.
This device is not intended for industrial use.
4. Using for the first time:
Charging the rechargeable battery pack
1. Take the rechargeable battery pack out of the
handle (Fig. 2), pressing the pushlock buttons at
the side to do so.
2. Check that the voltage on the rating plate is the
same as your supply voltage, then connect the
battery charger power cable to the socket outlet.

battery charger. The green LED will illuminate.
Press the "set" button to charge the
rechargeable battery. The red LED will come on
when charging has been completed. Empty
rechargeable batteries will require approx. 1
hour for charging. The rechargeable battery
pack may warm up a little during charging but
this is perfectly normal.
If the battery charger does not recharge the
rechargeable battery pack, please check
● that the supply voltage at the socket outlet is
available
● and check for proper contact with the charging
contacts in the battery charger.
If the battery charger still does not recharge the
rechargeable battery pack, please send
● the battery charger
● and the rechargeable battery pack
to our Customer Services Department.
In order to ensure that your rechargeable battery
pack offers long service, you should always
recharge the rechargeable battery pack in good
time. At the latest you will certainly have to do this
when you notice the performance of your cordless
device dropping.
Never completely run down you rechargeable
battery pack as this will cause a defect in the
rechargeable battery pack!
5. Attaching and removing the
attachments (Fig. 3)
● Always remove the rechargeable battery from the
device before you attach any of the attachments.
● Press and hold the locking button (5) on the drive
unit (1).
● Now fit the required attachment to the drive unit.
● The arrows (a) and (b) must be aligned with each
other.
● Now check that the attachment is firmly secured
to the drive unit by giving it a light tug. Also check
that it is correctly fitted to the drive unit.
6. Switches
6.1 Changeover switch (2)
The slide switch above the ON/OFF switch is for
setting the direction of rotation of the cordless device
and for preventing the device from being switched
on inadvertently. You may choose between forward
and reverse. In order to safeguard against damaging
