REPLACE CARBON BRUSH
Lifespan of the original brush is 100+ hours, replace brush when necessary. Please always replace a pair
of brushes
• Disconnect the plug from the power source
• Unscrew and remove the brush cover
• Take out brush holder
• Replace the brush
• Put the brush holder back
• Install the brush cover and screw to tight

CARE AND CLEANING

Keep the Wall Chaser clean and Cutter sharp to ensure perfect working condition.
After each day's use, clean the Wall Chaser so that there is no dust. If necessary, blow shots of
compressed air through the Wall Chaser to remove the dust.
All plastic parts should be cleaned with a soft damp cloth. NEVER use solvents to clean plastic parts.
They could possibly dissolve or otherwise damage the material.
CUTTER LIFE
Check the following each time before using the machine
• Cutter does not have any Tungsten Carbide plate missing
• Ensure all cutter teeth are sharpened
Check the sharpness of the milling cutter after each hour
of use and change the cutter when it becomes blunt. To sharpen a cutter use an emery or grinding
stone with the following specifications:
Silicone Carbide, Grain 80, and Grade JK. Cutter sharpening angle must be 5°
