NOTICE
• Disassembly must only be carried out by qualified personnel
(in Germany, see TRBS 1203).
• Observe the information provided in the following section:
9 Putting out of operation on page EN-12.
1 Close off the gas supply.
2 Switch off the power supply.
3 Switch off the entire welding system.
4 Remove the connection cable from the power supply (24 V).
5 Remove the shunt and the connecting cable.
6 Remove the shielding gas hose from the gas supply line and the gas
discharge line.
When disposing of the system, local regulations, laws, provisions, standards
and guidelines must be observed. To correctly dispose of the product, it must
first be disassembled.

The product housing is made of aluminium. Furthermore, the electronic
components must be sent for recycling as electronic scrap. The plastic materials
used are labelled in preparation for their sorting and separation for later
recycling.
Oil, greases and cleaning agents must not contaminate the ground or enter the
sewage system. These substances must be stored, transported and disposed of
in suitable containers. Please observe the relevant local regulations and
disposal instructions in the safety data sheets specified by the manufacturer of
the consumables. Contaminated cleaning tools (brushes, rags, etc.) must also
be disposed of in accordance with the information provided by the
consumables' manufacturer.
ABICOR BINZEL has reduced the transport packaging to the necessary
minimum. The ability to recycle packaging materials is always considered
during their selection.
