Use

ATTENTION!
• The double blade is extremely sharp! Be careful when handling the device!
• Clean the device before fi rst use and after every subsequent use (see chapter

"Cleaning and storage").

• During use, keep your hair, hands and other body parts away from the device!
• Fruits may only be chopped if the pit / seeds have been removed!
• Allow heated food to cool off somewhat before using the device.
• For hard foods such as raw vegetables or very large quantities of foods, do not ope-
rate the device continuously for more than 1 minute. Then, let the device cool off for
4 minutes before using it again.
To prevent unwanted spraying, always place the blade of the blender in the bowl
containing food before you turn the device on.
1. Place the food to be chopped or blended in a bowl.
2. Connect the device to a properly installed, easily accessible socket.
3. Place the blade of the blender in the bowl with the food.
4. Push and hold the On- / Off-switch.
5. Move the device in circles in the bowl until the food has been chopped or blended to
your liking. Release the On- / Off-switch to stop the device.
6. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket after use.

ATTENTION!
• Prior to each cleaning, pull the plug out of the socket.
• The double blade is extremely sharp! Be careful when handling the device!
• Clean the device after every use to prevent the build-up of germs.
• Never touch the device, the cord or the plug with wet hands.
• To prevent electrical shock, make sure that the motor unit, the mains cord or the plug
do not fall in and do not come into contact with water or other liquids respectively.
• Do not use any scouring or abrasive cleaners or cleaning pads to clean the device.
They could damage the surface.
• The device is not suitable for the dishwasher!
Some foods such as carrots may discolour the blender. This is not a health hazard
and does not affect the functionality of the device.
• Wipe off the motor unit with a damp, soft cloth and dry it with a soft cloth.
