Before fi rst use
ATTENTION!
• The plastic foils and bags pose a suffocation hazard! Keep children and animals
away from the packaging material.
• Never immerse the device, the mains cord and the plug in water or other liquids and
make sure that there is no risk of them falling in water or getting wet.
• Only use the device as described in this chapter. There may be some production
residues stuck to it.
1. Unpack the product contents and make sure that they are complete (see chapter
"Product contents and device overview") and check for any damages from transport.
If the device, plug or mains cord exhibits damages, do not use the device (!); instead
contact customer service.
2. Before you use the device, remove all packaging material and any labels located on
the device and which serve to provide protection during transport or are for advertis-
ing purposes.
3. Clean the device with a damp, soft cloth. You can use a small amount of mild deter-
gent if needed and rinse the device off with clean, warm water afterwards. Dry it off
with a soft cloth.
