TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
1. Unit will not lift load.
2. Unit will not sustain load or feels "spongy" under load.
3. Unit will not lift to full height.
4. Unit will not lower completely.
5. Handle tends to raise up while the unit is under load.
6. Unit still does not operate.

WARRANTY NOTICE

Limited Warranty
This unit is covered under a 1 year NON TRANSFERABLE warranty when used as recommended. PowerStation, LLC
warrants this unit against any defective workmanship or materials that may occur under normal proper use. A copy of the
original sales receipt is required for any warranty.
Only use accessories from PowerStation, LLC on this unit. PowerStation, LLC does not provide any warranty for any
unauthorized accessories used with this unit. This limited warranty is void if the product is misused, subjected to careless
handling, repaired, or modified by anyone other than PowerStation, LLC.
Manufacturer makes no other warranties, including, but not limited to express, implied or statutory warranties, including
without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Further,
PowerStation, LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damage claims incurred by purchasers,
users or others associated with this product, including, but not limited to, lost profits, revenues, anticipated sales, business
opportunities, goodwill, business interruption and any other injury or damage. Any and all such warranties, other than the
limited warranty included, are hereby expressly disclaimed and excluded. Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

ACTION
Purge air from hydraulic system by following procedure
under OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS.
Purge air from hydraulic system as above.
Purge air from hydraulic system as above. Check to be sure
oil level is not too high or low.
Check oil level. Make sure not overfilled.
Pump the handle rapidly several times to push oil past ball
valves in power unit.
