Cleaning and storage
Caution danger of electric shock! Never immerse the main body, the cord and the plug
into water or any other liquid. Humidity can damage the electric parts of the unit.
Always unplug before cleaning or dismantling. Pull the plug not the cord to unplug.
Always clean the unit after use as it is in contact with food.
Wipe the housing with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Removable parts can be wiped with a soft, damp cloth. If necessary use a drop of dish
washer liquid. Avoid intrusion of water into the drive systems to avoid damage.
The dough hooks can be soaked into warm water if necessary. Ensure to let dry all parts
completely after cleaning and before useing again.
The beaters and dough hooks can be cleaned in the dishwashing machine. Never place
one of the other parts in a dish washing machine to avoid damage.
Store the unit in a dry place not reachable for children.
