MESSAGES OF THE ALARM AND ERROR DISPLAYS

The "TIME/MESSAGE" display indicates possible failures and errors which can occur during the autoclave
operation.
MESSAGE
Int
Interrupted cycle.
It takes place when the sterilisation cycle is
interrupted pressing the "0/1" button.
AL1
Failed vacuum.
The pre-established vacuum is not reached.
ER2
Water level error.
1. Cycle starting attempt with water level under
the minimum sign (the minimum level light is on).
ER3
Water level error.
The used water tank is full.
ER4
Door opened.
Check the cover closing. (This alarm remains
visualised on the "TIME/MESS." display. To
eliminate it press the select button).
AL5
Pressure fall.
It takes place if during the sterilisation, the
pressure on the chamber falls sensibly.
AL6
TIME OUT, waiting for pre-heating. The autoclave
is not capable of reaching the pre-heating
temperature.
AL7
Pressure TIME OUT. After 40 minutes the
chamber has not reached the pressure which is
necessary to carry out the sterilisation cycles.
Here are the possible causes:
1. Discharge tank water level under minimum
sign and not signalled by the autoclave.
2. Broken pump.
3. Broken solenoid valve.
AL8
ALARM FOR LACKED PRESSURE EXHAUSTION
OF THE STERILIZATION CHAMBER. It is caused
by a failure of the discharge solenoid valve.
1. Obstructed filter.
2. Obstructed discharge circuit.
AL9
General alarm.
Cause:
1. Power supply lacking.
2. Voltage reduction higher than 10%.
The errors (ERR...) are indicated on the display for 4 seconds and they are accompanied by a sound signal.
They are often caused by the user lack of attention.
The alarms (AL...) are not accompanied by sound signals. They remain visualised on the displayed and they are
stored by the microprocessor. Press the 11A button to reset the alarm.

FAILURE DESCRIPTION
Press the "11A" button to reset the alarm.
Reset the alarm by pressing the "11A"
button. Make the sterilisation cycle restart. If
the alarm is repeated call the technical
service.
Fill the tank with water.
By using a supplied hose, insert it in the suitable
connector on the rear side of the autoclave.
Empty the tank by means of the outlet tap
located on the front side of the autoclave.
• Check the door closing; repeat the
closing operation.
• The lever is adjusting in the wrong way. Using
the door adjusting key, slightly rotate the
door adjuster between the closing bar and
the door cover in clockwise direction.
Reset the alarm by pressing the 11A button.
Make the sterilisation cycle restart. If the
alarm is repeated call the technical service:
there could be a steam leak in the hydraulic
system.
Reset the alarm by pressing the "11A"
button. Make the sterilisation cycle restart. If
the alarm is repeated call the technical
service.
