Sometimes some problems that may arise do not indicate that the equipment has been
damaged. Check these instructions before contacting the technical service.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The connection cable is not connected
properly.
The ON / OFF button has not been
pressed.
There is no water in the tank.
The water pump is blocked.
The prefilter is blocked by dirt.

SOLUTION
Confirm that the cable is properly
connected, both on the equipment
and on the wall.
Press ON / OFF after connecting the
equipment.
Fill the deposit.
Clean the water tank.
Clean the prefilter.
