Keep this manual for future reference.
Connect the microphone to a powered USB port.
Right-click on the speaker icon. Next, click on Recording
devices.
Open the Recording tab. Click on the USB Sound Device.
Click on Set Default  Properties  Levels, and set the
volume level at its highest.
Set the Boost at its lowest. Depending on the operating
system, you might need to open the Custom tab and
uncheck the AGC option.
Click OK to confirm.
Check if the microphone is well-connected.

Check the settings on your PC or portable device.

The boost function is enabled. Set the boost at its

lowest.
Uncheck the AGC option.
