Battery cooling (active air cooling)
The fan control integrated in the charger monitors the tem-
perature of the installed battery. If the battery temperature
is above 30°C, a fan will cool the battery to the optimal
charging temperature. When switched on, the fan generates
a ventilation noise.
If the fan is not running, the battery temperature is within
the optimal charging temperature range or the fan is defecti-
ve. In this case, the battery charging time will increase.
