8. Assembly

SATA clean RCS are to be connected to a stationary compressed air sup-
ply system.
Notice!
Depending on the quality of the compressed air, it is advisable to install
a cyclone separator with sinter filter upstream of the SATA clean RCS
(SATA filter 424 in the spray booth and SATA filter 100 outside the spray
booth). This cleans the compressed air of any oil, condensate and parti-
cles up to a size of 5 µm.
Requirements for the installation site
■ Compressed air connection 1/2" (outer thread), 1/4" (outer thread) or
matching SATA connection nipple.
■ Compressed air pipe must supply min. 4.0 bar for SATA clean RCS the
turbo cleaner, or min. 6.0 bar for SATA clean RCS compact and SATA
clean RCS micro.
■ Compressed air pipe with min. 9 mm inner diameter.
■ The installation site must be protected from mechanical impacts.
