in the event of malfunctions the control module [8-1] can be removed from
the housing [1-5] / [2-5] / [3-6] without having to unscrew the housing from
the installation site.
In the event of any malfunctions in the control module, it must be sent into
the SATA customer service department (address see chapter 14).
Dismantling the control module
■ Depressurise and vent SATA clean RCS.
■ Remove the compressed air supply pipe from the air intake
[1-1] / [2-1] / [3-1].
■ Remove the rinsing connection [1-6] / [2-7] / [3-4] from the spray gun.
■ Take the intake hose [8-3] out of the priming tank [1-9] / [2-9] / [3-9].
■ Unscrew the fastening nuts [8-5] from the studs [8-2] underneath the
control module [8-1] and take the control module up and off.
Mounting the control module
■ Position the control module [8-1] on the housing [8-4] and insert the
studs [8-2] of the control module into the holes in the housing.
■ Insert the intake hose [8-3] into the priming tank [1-9] / [2-9] / [3-9].
■ Screw the fastening nuts [8-3] tightly on the studs.
Only for SATA clean RCS the turbo cleaner
■ Connect spray gun to rinsing connection [3-4].
■ Connect compressed air supply pipe to air intake [1-1] / [2-1] / [3-1].

Attention!
Damage from wrong cleaning agents
The use of aggressive cleaning agents can damage the SATA cleaning
systems.
→ Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
→ Use a neutral cleaning solution with a pH of 6 – 8.
→ Do not use acids, caustic solutions, bases, paint strippers, unsuitable
regenerates or other aggressive cleaning agents.
Careful handling together with regular care of the product is necessary to
warrant the functioning of the SATA clean RCS.
Clean the SATA clean RCS at regular intervals and check for leaks.
