/ Scale function
The Scale Function allows you to weigh the
ingredients directly in the bowl or pan or in the Yämmi
stream tray.
The digital scale weighs with a resolution of 5 grams
up to a maximum weight of 6 kg. If the quantity of
the ingredient poured into the mixing bowl or pan is
less than 5 grams, the scale assumes that no weight
has been loaded.
The scale shows a maximum error of ± 3% at the
top of the scale.
To activate the Scale: tap once on the Scale
function button. When the function is activated, the
LCD display changes showing the respective symbol
and figures for the weight reading.
To turn off the Scale Function, simply touch one
of the following buttons: Time, Temperature or Speed.
The unit of measurement is gram (g).
Information!
The weighing process must be performed with the
engine stopped, that is, with the blade stationary.
Never drag, press or tip the food processor sideways,
as this may impair the scale sensors.
To not interfere with the reading of the ingredients'
weight:
/ To weigh, do not touch or lean anything against the
food processor.
/ Check that the feet of the food processor are clean
and that the supply cable is not stretched.

Follow these steps to weigh the ingredients:
1 / Insert the mixing bowl or pan.
2 / Press the Scale button.
3 / Place the first ingredient in it and check the
amount on the display.
4 / To add more ingredients, press the Scale button
again (to reset) and add the next ingredient. When
you have finished weighing the last ingredient, press
one of the following functions, Time, Temperature
or Speed, to exit the Scale function.

Repeat these steps as many times as necessary up
to a maximum weight of 6 kg.
