/Time function

The Time function is used to set the cooking time
or for the preparation of ingredients for up to a
maximum of 90 minutes. The food processor can
be programmed at intervals of 1 second in the
first minute and after the first minute in 10-second
intervals. From the fifth minute, the interval
is 1 minute.
To set the Time: touch the Time function button
once and rotate the Dial to set the desired operating
time. The selected time is displayed on the LCD next
to the clock symbol.
After the food processor starts operating, the timer on
the display counts down to zero.
The time may, if necessary, be changed while the
food processor is in operation. Simply press the Time
function button and turn the Dial to set the new
desired time.
Information!
If the operating time has not been set and the
speed programmed, the Yämmi will start to work
indicating the time in an increasing mode, from 0
to 90 minutes (maximum time).

/Temperature function

Never heat the mixing bowl or pan when they are
empty.
Never touch or hold the mixing bowl or pan while
preparing hot food. Remove the mixing bowl or pan
taking care not to spill its contents, especially if it is
hot. Always keep an eye on the colour of the Dial to
check whether its content is above or below 60°C
(Read section Dial).
The food processor has an adjustable temperature
range from 37°C to the maximum of 120°C. The
temperature can be adjusted at intervals of 5°C.
The temperature of the Steam function is 120°C and
is regulated by activating the Steam function.
To set the Temperature: touch the Temperature
function button once and rotate the Dial to set
the desired temperature.
The selected temperature is displayed in the
centre of the LCD display. The large figures
