Should the circuit breaker trip repeatedly then the most
probable causes are:
-Abnormal working conditions,
-Treadmill belt in need of lubricant,
-Solvent based lubricants used (use BH type),
- Belt is too tight.
Plug the unit into a wall socket with an EARTH terminal.
Set switch (L) to Position [1].
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of the box and place it on the floor as
shown in Fig.1.
The assistance of a second person is advisable for
the assembly work.
Make sure that all of the pieces are there:

Monitor.
(2)
Main structure.
(5)
Monitor support.
(50) Side bar (left).
(51) Side bar (right).
(87) Mains cable.
(156) Bottle of lubricant.
(17) Bottle holder.
(3)
Self-locking nuts M-8.
(57) Allen screw M-5x15.
(52) Allen screw M-8x75.
(163) Allen screw M-10x70.
(169) Screw M-8x20.
(170)
Spring washer M-8.
(175) Allen screw M-8x90.
(135) Flat washer M-8.
Combination box spanner.
Allen key 5mm.
(172) Allen key 6mm.
Follow the instructions step by step to assemble:
1. FITTING THE HANDRAILS.-
At least two people are needed to assemble the machine
This will avoid any possible accidents.
First loosen off screws (57) on the motor cover (55), Fig.2.
2.-
Place the right handrail (51), Fig.3, close to the control
cable outlet (35). Take the tip of the control cable (35),
attaching it to the guide cable (N) that is inserted inside
the handrail, Fig.3, and pull the tip out through the top of
the handrail, as shown in Fig.3, then insert the handrail
into the bottom right-hand support on the structure (2),
screw on the side section using screws (163) and the front
of the rear section using screws (169) along with the
spring washers (135) and flat washers (170).

Then insert the left handrail (59) into the bottom left-
hand support on the structure (2), screw on the side
section using screws (163) and the rear section using
screws (169) along with the spring washers (135) and flat
washers (170).
4. ATTACHING THE MONITOR TUBE.-
Insert the tip of the control cable (35) tying it to the guide
cable (R) inserted in the monitor tube Fig.4, pull the tip out
through the top of the monitor tube, as shown in Fig.4, and
making sure not to pinch any of the cables when inserting
these onto the handrail tubes in the direction of the
arrows. Now tighten using self-locking nuts (3) Fig.4.
5. FITTING THE MOTOR COVER.-
Position the motor cover (55) on the machine, Fig.5, then
move it in the direction of the arrow and align the holes in
the motor cover (55) with those in the main structure (2),
install, fit and tighten screws (57) Fig.5.
6. ATTACHING THE MONITOR.-
Take the monitor (1), connect terminals (H), (L), (34) and
(35), coming out of the handlebar (5) Fig.6, to the
terminals (J), (141), (140) and (139), of the monitor, next
take the screws (52) and (175), fit the washers (135) with
the screws (52) and secure the monitor, making sure not
to pinch the cables.

Next, lift the two bottle holder (17) over the sides of the
monitor Fig.7 in the direction of the arrow.
MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The unit is equipped with wheels (137), Fig.8 to make it
easier to move. Make sure that the mains cable is
unplugged from the wall socket.
To prevent accidents DO NOT move the treadmill across
uneven floors.
MAINTENANCE.-
Use the bottle of lubricant (156) to lubricate the inside of
the belt Fig.9 in order to keep your unit in top condition
and to ensure that friction between the belt and the board
is kept to a minimum (due to different running styles,
always apply more lubrication to the area where you place
your feet during the exercise).
It is advisable to lubricate the base of the belt between the
board and the band depending on how often it is used.

Note: This preventive maintenance schedule is only
meant for home use.
It is suggested to maintain the unit every month for
commercial use.
If the belt starts to slip after lubrication, then check the
tension of the belt. To tension the belt, take the 6mm Allen
key (172) and with the machine set to 4km/h turn screws
(R & L) one turn in a clockwise direction.
