IMPORTANT:
Check the manufacturerís indications in order to respect the maximum
carrying capacity allowed on the top of the car. Before proceeding with the assembly, it is essential to read all the
instructions and to strictly comply with the indications.

PHASE No. 1 Joining of crossbars ( No. 2 of the list,
No. 2 pieces).
Join the crossbars in pairs in the middle as shown in Fig.1,
fitting the following parts in succession in the proper holes:

Tighten firmly using a suitable tool not included.
Fix cover caps of crossbars just pressing them on both
sides (No. 6 of the list, No. 2 pieces).
PHASE No. 2 Fixing of support module ( No. 1 of the list,
No. 1 piece) on crossbars assembled in the phase No. 1.
ATTENTION: Before effecting this action, check the
dimension and the shape of the bike in order to place
the support module safely in the right way .
Place the crossbars join together on the support
module in the right position for your bike, fitting the
following parts in succession as shown in Fig. 2 .

Tighten firmly using a suitable tool not included.
After that, the bike carrier has been fully assembled.
PHASE No. 3 Bicycle rackís mounting on the roof bar
already placed on the top of the car at about cm. 70 of
distance between them.
Place the whole bicycle rack in the middle of the roof bar
as shown in Fig. 3 if you have to carry one bike only. If you
have to mounted No. 2 or No. 3 bikes, put them dividing
equably the distance on the bars. Check previously the
carrying capacity of the roof bars.
Fix the bicycle rack fitting the "U" screw (No. 9 of the list)
under the bar making it entering from the bottom in the
proper holes situated on the plate.
Afterwards, fit washers Ø 6 (No. 4 of the list) inside the "U"
screw and tighten firmly using knobs (No. 7 of the list).
Repeat the same action even on the other side as above.
At this point, fix the rear part of the bicycle rack on the bar
fitting the "U" screw (No. 9 of the list) inside the proper
holes of the crossbar (see Fig. 3). Soon after, insert through
the "U" screw the support slab (No. 8 of the list), and tighten
firmly using knobs included (No. 7 of the list).
At the end of this action, check carefully that screws, nuts
and knobs are fixed perfectly and that bicycle rack, roof
bars and car are all compact .
