Initial Operation
Switching On and Off
Switching on:
Press down the lever 9.
Switching off:
Let loose the lever 9.
Speed regulation
Reducing the speed: Turn the regulator 10 in clockwise
direction.
Increasing the speed: Turn the regulator 10 in anti-
clockwise direction.
Operating Instructions
Clamp the workpiece if it does not remain stationary
due to its own weight.
If there is an unusual noise or if the performance is
too low, immediately switch off the tool. Check the
compressed-air tool and the compressed-air system.
Do not overcharge the tool. Work with the indicated
nominal pressure.
Do not carry the tool by the compressed-air hose.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Prior to all works, separate the tool from the air
supply.
Always keep the tool clean in order to ensure proper
and safe work.
In order to prevent rust and minimise wear and tear,
clean the compressed-air tool 1 after use.
Drain condensation at the air filter 4 and the com-
pressor 8 daily.
Clean the air filter 4 from time to time.
Ensure that the pressurised air is clean and dry.
Allow repairs to be performed only by a qualified
repairman.
If the machine should fail despite the care taken in man-
ufacturing and testing, repair should be carried out by
a Würth Master-Service agent.
For all correspondence and spare parts orders, always
include the article number on the type plate of the
machine.
The machine, accessories and packaging should be
sorted for environmentally-friendly recycling.
For this Würth tool, we provide a warranty in accord-
ance with statutory/country-specific regulations from
the date of purchase (proof of purchase by invoice or
delivery note). Damage that has occurred will be cor-
rected by replacement or repair.
Damage caused by normal wear, overloading or
improper handling is excluded from the warranty.
Claims can be recognised only when the tool is pre-
sented undisassembled to a Würth branch office or a
Würth field service employee.
Noise/Vibration Information
Measured values determined according to ISO 15744.
Typically, the A-weighted noise levels of the tool are:
Sound pressure level 76 dB (A); Sound power level
87 dB (A). Uncertainty K = 3 dB.

The typical hand/arm vibration is below als 2.5 m/s
