can be done by turning the adjustable feet.
You can use different fruits or cookies to dip into the chocolate. You can also add
liqueur to the chocolate. Make sure no food remains fall into the chocolate which
could lead to the appliance becoming clogged up.

METHOD OF USE

1. Place the rotating screw on the driveshaft.
2. Place the pagoda on the guide pins.
3. To start heating the appliance, turn the right-hand dial (HEAT) of ON.
The appliance should warm up for at least 15-20 minutes before melted chocolate is
added.
4. Pour the melted chocolate into the melting bowl or wait until the chocolate melts in
the melting bowl and then turn the left-hand dial (FOUNTAIN) to ON. The motor will
now start to work and the chocolate will flow.
5. When the chocolate has flowed for at least two minutes, turn the motor off for 30
seconds to remove any air bubbles.
6. You can now hold fruit or other food under the stream of chocolate.
7. You can use the unit for several hours, as long as there is enough chocolate in it.

CLEANSING AND MAINTENANCE
To extend the life of your device, you must now apply the following cleaning tips.
1. Turn both switches OFF
2. Pull the plug out of the socket.
3. Allow parts to cool off first so that you can hold them. Do not wait until the
chocolate is too cold and becomes stuck! Clean all parts thoroughly. Loose parts
cannot be put into the dishwasher either.
4. Pour as much of the remaining chocolate as possible out of the melting bowl. Use
a warm damp sponge to remove any remains and clean the exterior of the unit. Never
immerse the device in water or other liquids.
5. Dry the appliance with a soft cloth. Never use harsh abrasive or caustic cleaning
agents.
The chocolate is too thick or thin. Add
chocolate or vegetable oil. The appliance
is not level.
