From one cup of ice cubes about 3/4 cup of crushed ice is ob-
tained.
b6 - If during operation the ice crusher becomes jammed:
- Turn off the ice crusher by pushing the ON/OFF switch (4) to "O".
- Disconnect the power cord from the electrical power outlet.
- Pour a little bit of hot water into the funnel (2) to melt the "jammed" cube (fig. F).
- Wait a few moments.
- Connect the power cord to the electrical power outlet.
- Start the process again by pushing the ON/OFF switch (4) to "I".

Cleaning and Maintenance

Before performing cleaning operations, always disconnect
the power cord from the electrical outlet.
c1 - Make sure that the funnel (2) and the crushed ice container (3) are correctly positioned
in the motor unit (1).
c2 - Pour a cup of hot water into the funnel (fig. F) to eliminate ice residues and "wash" the
ice crusher.
c3 - Remove the crushed ice container (3) from the motor unit (1) and empty it.
c4 - Remove the funnel (2) from the motor unit (1).
c5 - Wash the funnel (2) and the crushed ice container (3) with water and dish washing
detergent without using any type of abrasive sponge or pad.
c6 - Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before putting away.
It is strongly suggested that the funnel (2) and the crushed
ice container (3) not be washed in the dishwasher as the high
temperatures could deform them.
c7 - Clean the motor unit (1) with a damp cloth WITHOUT EVER utilising abrasive products.
Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquids.
