Tip: We recommend to preheat the appliance for approx.
10 min. before each use.
The oven is automatically heated by upper and lower
heat.
Keeping Foods Warm
If you wish to keep foods warm, we recommend to do so
at 100 °C
If the food needs to be kept warm for longer than 20~30
minutes, it should be covered with tinfoil, to prevent it from
becoming too dry.
Do not leave the food in the oven for an extended period of
time.
Baking / Cooking / Broiling
When baking or broiling foods with a high fat content
please make sure to place the foods to be cooked into oven
safe bake and cookware before placing them onto the grill rack
to avoid any dripping.
To obtain an even baking / cooking result, we recommend to
use the middle guide rail when inserting the grill rack (6).
Always make sure that the food is not touching the upper
heating element.
This is only a recommendation, also rely on your cooking
experience.
Thermostat
During operation, an integrated thermostat switches the
appliance on and off to ensure a constant temperature.
