MANUAL FOR CASCO SKI
GOOGLES AND SNOWmasks
Use of the Ski goggle/SNOWmask
CASCO ski goggles and SNOWmasks are pieces of personal protective
equipment (PPE category 1 to protect users against low risks) and should
be used for alpine skiing. CASCO ski goggles/SNOWmasks have been
designed and manufactured to the highest standards. They offer protection
from the cold, snow, wind, dust and damaging ultra-violet rays while
offering suitable protection against minor external blows. The ski goggles/
SNOWmask cannot protect against strong impacts, excessively accelerated
flying parts or collision.
CAUTION! Do NOT use these goggles while driving in traffic, do NOT
look directly into the sun!
This sports eyewear has been manufactured from materials for temperatures
to -20° C. These goggles/SNOWmasks will not produce skin irritation or affect
the health in those who are in a normal state of health.
An artificial foam mixture that is particularly gentle to the skin cushions
CASCO sports eyewear between the frame and the face. The foam is soft
and forms the contours of the face, is highly absorbent. The elastic headband
offers a firm grip.
After a blow to the goggles/SNOWmasks or after a fall or after a longer length
of storage the shield, the frame and the band must be checked for damage.
CAUTION! Damaged, scratched or splotchy shields should not be used
but should be replaced by CASCO original parts. The same goes for
frames that may have become damaged.

SNOWmask
Before putting on the helmet, you must first push up the CASCO SNOW/mask
and secure it in the snap-in mechanism. To replace the CASCO SNOWmask,
