Always turn off the vacuum
cleaner and disconnect the plug
from the electrical supply before
cleaning or servicing the Turbobrush
or vacuum.
Removing threads and hairs wrapped
around the roller:
^ Cut any threads or hairs that have
become entangled on the brush roller
with a pair of scissors. The cut pieces
will be drawn in by the suction power
of the vacuum cleaner the next time it
is used.
More obstinate tangles or blockages
can be removed after opening the Tur-
bobrush roller cover. Any large particles
which have been drawn in can then be
removed.
^ Turn the grip so that the release but-
ton is in the middle of the guide (illu-
stration a).
^ Press in the locking ring b and pull
the wand until it separates from the
Hand Turbobrush c.
^ Lift the upper part of the casing as far
as it will go, and remove any debris
from the inside of the casing and
from the brush roller.
^ Close the casing and push the grip
back into position until it clicks into
place over the release button.
