INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Attention! Before the fi rst use of the device you must remove protection foil from all surfaces and wash the
device with moist cleaning cloth dipped in the water with detergent. Than dry it with cloth.
The purpose of the equipment is to keep French fries at optimal temperature for serving. This system enables
you to create a microclimate and thus extend the maintenance of the gustatory characteristics of the French
fries on sale.
Intsruction for use
Switch the device on by the main switch (A) - The heating element of the lamp (D) will start warming. The
heating of the basin will start warming after having set the temperature by the regulation button (C). The
function of heating element of the basin is indicated by the orange led (B). Swith the device off by turning of
the switch (A) into the position „0". The perforated insert (E) must be placed inside the basin for the correct
function of device .
DISCHARGING OF THE BATH
Discharge the bath when the device is disconnected from the electricity. User must have convenient bowl for
discharging the bath.This bowl must be made from heatresistantmaterial. Put the bowl in the safe place to
prevent discharging water from splashing. Splashing can cause the danger. Put on the dischargingpipe, open
the safery catch by turning it up and turn the lever into position marked as opening of the cock. Discharge the
bath only when the water is cold.
