MAINTENANCE
Possible reasons
Power supply cable disconnected
The general power supply is cut
Fault in power supply unit
The infrared panel's cable is disconnected
One of the infrared panels is defective
Possible reversal of the connections of the power supply
box
Temperature of the panels or their cables is too high
Bulb not fully engaged
Bulb is defective
Electrical panel is defective.
Speaker cable disconnected
Speaker defective
Power supply cable disconnected
MP3 player not switched on
The USB key is not recognized
Temperature sensor is incorrectly connected or defective Reconnect the cable or replace the sensor
Control panel wire pinched or defective
Defective board
Ambient temperature too low
Infrared panel contains or defective
Solutions
Check power supply cable connection
Check that the switchboard and wall plug are
working
Contact your dealer
Check cable connections
Replace the infrared panel with an original compo-
nent supplied by the manufacturer
Intervert the LoadA and LoadB cables
Switch off power supply and contact your dealer
Check bulb holder and replace if necessary
Replace bulb
Contact your dealer
Reconnect the cable
Contact your dealer
Reconnect power supply cable
Check the 12V DC power supply cable and replace
if required
Check the format of audio or format the USB key
files.
Check the board connection mat and its passage in
the sauna
Contact your reseller
Make sure the room that houses the sauna is at
least 15 ° C
Identify the panel (s) that do not heat up and
