9 Maintenance / cleaning

• Before starting work, check the equipment visually (machine / tools, hydraulic drive with hydraulic hose).
• Please avoid any contamination of the hydraulic system (use the dust cap after uncoupling).
• Clean the machine / tools in regular intervals.
• Oily rags and hydraulic oil must be disposed of as hazardous waste.
If not specified otherwise by the operator, please carry out the following at least once a month:
• Lubricate the machine / tools at the grease nipples.
• Check the perfect condition of the attachment.
The maintenance intervals are dependent on the ambient and operating conditions!→
The hydraulic hose of the drive system must be replaced after 6 years at the latest.
Use only original häwa parts for replacement or exchange.
Exchange the tools in time.
Worn tool cutting edges produce burrs and increase the punching force. →

10 Waste disposal

ATTENTION:
Hydraulic oils represent a risk to the groundwater. Uncontrolled discharge or improper disposal will be punished (Environmental Liability Law). The remaining
parts are to be disposed of as steel scrap.

Service: Please contact your local sales office (see last page) for any questions regarding adjustment work or service, or if you need troubleshooting help.
Repairs must be performed by our factory service. häwa will not assume any liability for improper repairs and resulting consequential damages.
