3. INSTALLATION
This must be carried out by skilled personnel. All
connections must be carried out according to current
regulations, and in full observance of safety laws
(regulation CEI 26-23 – CEI CLC 62081).
-
Make sure that the supply voltage matches the
voltage indicated on the specifications plate.
-
When mounting a plug, make sure it has an
adequate capacity, and that the yellow/green
conductor of the power supply cable is connected to
the earth pin.
WARNING! Extension cords of up to 30 m must have a
crosssection of at least 2.5 mm

9. Mode Button
Press the MODE button to toggle AC and DC output in
LIFT TIG, HF TIG and MMA.
10. Digital ampèremeter
The digital amperage meter is used to display both the
pre-set current and actual output current of the
power source.
11. Digital Voltmeter/Parameter display
The digital volt meter is used to display the actual
output voltage of the power source. It is also used to
display Parameters in Programming Mode. Depending
on the Programming Parameter selected, the status
indictor adjacent to the volt meter will illuminate to
show the units of the programming parameter.
When welding, the volt meter will display actual welding
voltage.
12. Power ON indicator
The Power ON indicator illuminates when the ON/OFF
switch (5) is in the ON position and the correct
mains voltage is present.
6
13. Thermal protection
The indicator will illuminate if the duty cycle of the
power source has been exceeded.

MMA parameter settings:
10 - 170 A (AC) / 5 - 170 A (DC)
Press the Process Selection Button
(14) to select MMA modus. This led
lights to indicate that the display
shows the preset welding current. By
using the multifunction control knob
(16), the welding current can be
changed. Press the Process Selection
Button (14) again to select and adjust
the following parameters:
14a. Arc Force: 0-10
This led lights to indicate that the display shows
the Arc Force setting. By using the multifunction
control knob (16), the setting can be adjusted.
Increasing the Arc Force allows greater penetration
control to be achieved.
14b. Hot Start: 0-10
This led lights to indicate that the display shows
the Hot Start setting. By using the multifunction
control knob (16), this value can be changed. The
welding machine delivers an overcurrent to improve
13
electrode starting.
14c. Arc Length: 0-10
This led lights to indicate that the display shows
the Arc Length setting. By using the multifunction
control knob (16), the arc length correction can be
adjusted.

15. Forward Programming Button
Pressing this button will advance to the next step in the
programming sequence.
