The frequencies of the different channels are as follows:
CE «Class 1» channels:
• CE 1 : 869,525 MHz
• CE 2 : 864,5 MHz (power limited to 10 dBm)
• CE 3 : 863,5 MHz (power limited to 10 dBm)
«Class 2» channels
• SE1 : 863,5 MHz (Special Event - temporary licence required)
• SE2 : 864,5 MHz (Special Event - temporary licence required)
• SE3 : 866,5 MHz (Special Event - temporary licence required)
Procedure :
• On the home screen, press the "Menu" key until the User MENU is displayed.
• Using the "+" or "-" keys, access the Options sub-menu. Press "OK"
• Using the "+" or "-" keys, select Class 2 Channels. Press "OK" to validate your choice.
• Using the "+" or "-" keys, select On.
• A warning message will inform you that you are about to access a radio channel setting
subject to restrictions and/or a ban on its use. You must validate that you are authorized
to use the channel you want to work on.
• Select "Confirm" using the "+" and "-" keys and then press "OK".
• Select the channel (SE1, SE2, SE3) using the "+" or "-" key.
• Press "OK" to validate your choice.
• Press "Menu" to return to the home screen.
3.2. Speaker Mode Option
Introduction:
The Speaker Mode option makes it possible to use one of the Vokkero terminals as a
"relay" to a public address system. This system is frequently used by referees and umpires
in certain sports when they have to announce their decisions.
Note: This option can only be used when the accessory dedicated to it (a specific push-but-
ton) is used.
Procedure:
• On the home screen, press the "Menu" key until the User MENU is displayed.
• Using the "+" or "-" keys, access the Options sub-menu. Press "OK".
• Using the "+" or "-" keys, select Speaker Mode. Press "OK" to validate your choice.
• Using the "+" or "-" keys, select On.
• Press "OK" to validate your choice.
• Press "Menu" to return to the home screen.
On the home screen, the SP.M icon will be activated, confirming that the function has been
started up.
The terminal can now be connected to a Public Announcement system. Only activation of
the dedicated push-button (connected to one or more other terminals) will enable voice
broadcasting via this terminal set to Speaker Mode.
