repair centres are fully guaranteed against defective material and workmanship.

In any communication, please be prepared to give all the information about your tool:
model number, type, serial number, etc.
WARRANTY
All products distributed by Superior Fasteners are warranted against manufacturers' faults
and defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the end user. The
Company will REPAIR OR REPLACE, AT ITS OWN OPTION, merchandise deemed by
the company to be defective, provided that is has not been misused, abused, altered, or
repaired by anyone other than an authorized repair centre. Retain proof of purchase.
Return the defective product to the place of purchase.
This warranty does not extend to parts deemed consumables, such as brad and staple
gun driver blades, grinding discs, welding contact tips, etc. All warranty claims must have
prior authorization and must be shipped prepaid to the Richmond, BC or Mississauga,
ON warehouses, or an authorized repair depot, accompanied by a copy of the invoice
specifying the date that the item was sold to the end user. You should take any tool with a
problem back to where you purchased it, accompanied by your receipt.

CORRECTION
Tighten the screws.
Replace damaged or worn O-ring.
Make sure air supply is adequate.
Place two or three drops of oil to the air inlet of
the tool.
Tighten the screws.
Replace damaged or worn O-ring.
Supply approved fasteners of the correct size.
Replace undamaged fasteners.
Tighten screws.
Clean magazine.
Replace damaged or worn components.
