WARNING: Fan is provided with a grounded 120V plug. Use only in grounded outlets.
RULES FOR SAFE OPERATION
- Always unplug unit for cleaning.
- Always unplug unit when not in use.
- Always unplug when moving unit from one location to another.
- Do not place foreign objects through guard into the blade.
- Do not operation without fan guard properly locked.
- Do not use with extension cord.
- Do not use fan in windows. Rain and moisture may create an electrical hazard.
- Do not place fan or any parts near an open flame, cooking or other heating appliance.
- Do not operate unit with a damaged cord or plug.
- For indoor use only.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
This fan comes with wheel kit and ceiling mount kit. Choose preferred style and assemble as per instructions below:
(NOTE: 24" fan comes already assembled)
WHEEL KIT ASSEMBLY:
Foot Assembly: (See Figure 1)
1. Take out the bag of hardware attached to the carton.
2. Align the hole on the bushing (1) with the hole on the square tube. Insert bolt (2) with flat washer (3), and lock washer (4)
as shown in diagram and tighten to secure.
3. Remove the bolts and washers from the foot. Insert column of foot into bushing and align both holes on foot with
holes on bushing. (See Figure 2)
4. Insert bolt (2) with flat washer (3) and lock washer (4) and tighten to secure.
5. Repeat steps 2 through 4 for other connection cover and foot.
Wheel Assembly: (See Figure 3)
1. Remove the two bolts (1), flat washers (2) and lock washers (3) from axle (4).
2. Insert the axle (4) into the steel tube and align holes on tube with holes on axle.
3. Insert the bolt (1), flat washers (2) and lock washers (3) removed in step 1, and tighten to secure them.
4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 for the other axle assembly.
