Cleaning and maintenance
WARNING! The appliance must be cleaned regularly. Failure to maintain the appliance
in a clean condition may result in deterioration of the surface which could compromise
the life of the appliance and cause dangerous situations.
NOTE: Clean the appliance regularly to keep it in good and safe working condition.
• Switch off the appliance, unplug it and let it cool down before carrying out any
maintenance or cleaning.
• Clean the appliance with a soft, damp cloth and, if necessary, a little mild detergent.
Wipe with a dry, soft cloth.
• If necessary, use a brush to clean parts and components that are not easily
accessible.
• Do not clean the appliance with steel wool, strong chemicals, alkalis or abrasive
agents, as they may damage the surface of the appliance.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids. Make sure that water does
not enter the appliance during cleaning.
• When cleaning, do not put your bare hands near any sharp elements that may cause
cuts. Always use protective gloves.
• The appliance may only be used again after it has dried completely.
