There is a small hole (4 mm) on the bottom side of the handle cover. Locate the hole with your finger and with the tip of a small Allen wrench push up on the tab inside this hole and pull the cover off horizontally as shown.

Align the opening in the tab at the back of the handle assembly with the tip of the stem lever and push the handle assembly in place.
