OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE FIRST USE
1.
Allow the oil to circulate for one hour after assembling the jack.
2.
Bleed the hydraulic system to expel air inside. To do this, turn
the exhaust valve (2) to the left (Fig.1), then press the pedal (3)
approximately 15–20 times.
3.
Once the system is purged, close the exhaust valve (2) by turning it
counterclockwise.
4.
Verify that the jack functions properly.
TO RAISE/LOWER THE JACK
1.
Place the jack in the desired position.
2.
Ensure that the exhaust valve (2) and the oil fill port (4) are
completely closed.
3.
Press the lever until the desired height is reached.
4.
Center the load on the saddle and stabilize the jack.
5.
Turn the exhaust valve clockwise to lower the load.
Important: Do not open or close the exhaust valve too quickly when
lowering the load.
MAINTENANCE
1. Check the piston periodically and clean the areas exposed to rust or corrosion with an oiled cloth.
2. Lubricate the pivot points, axles and hinges periodically.
3. Check hydraulic oil level with jack in its lowest position, filling it if necessary.
4. Do not use break fluids or a mixture of different oils.
5. Replace hydraulic oil at least once a year.
6. Allocate the jack in a dry place while not in use.
